Join the Madcap Puppets
as they combine forces with the Lebanon Symphony
Orchestra in Peter and the Wolf - a contemporary
telling of the classic drama with the delightful
music of Sergei Prokofiev.
This production is set in an urban environment where
you will meet - Mafioso wolf dressed in a pin-stripe
suit, a spoiled teenage bird that loves to shop,
a poor homeless duck that washes in a public fountain,
the pickpocket cat who's always prowling the streets
and, of course, the lovable kid Peter.
Children from the audience will be chosen to play
city cops, eventually getting their "man" (the Wolf)
arresting him and are then joined by all the other
characters, leading him away on a parade though the
auditorium. |
