Ticket Insurance

There is no need to worry if you have misplaced your tickets. Simply call the Subscription Office in advance of your concert, and we will gladly provide duplicates.

Ticket Exchange/Ticket Donation

In the event that you cannot attend a concert, you have two options: (1) You may exchange your tickets for another LSO performance (subject to availability and including a service fee) no later than one business day before the concert. Detailed information about ticket exchanges will be sent with your tickets. (2) Alternatively, you may donate your tickets (anytime up to one hour before the start of the concert) to the LSO for resale, which will enable someone else to purchase them and generate needed revenue for the orchestra. You will be mailed a receipt for this tax-deductible contribution.
